This week the challenge of Stacy is to develop a shot of Manal Ali; you can see her wonderful shots visiting A Single Shutter
Here the original photo by Manal Ali of a foggy BT Tower in London
Here my interpretation … Pretty simple because the fog makes me sad and bad mood; so I see a pic of a sad city and little aged…(I know is the exact opposite ! 😀 ) about 70’…
Upright the lines, changed in B&W, and eventuating turn yellow…
Enjoy many other interpretation of this shot visiting VisualVenturing
Yellow reminds me of a black and white print that hasn’t been washed properly and turned all yellow. Really good editing.
Thank you very much Ben !
Happy that you like it !

Thank you very much Cee… Quite simple but I “see” this 😉

Love the vintage look of the photo, Max! I’m amazed at the clarity your simple post-processing steps brought to the image. It’s a lesson I need to learn – less is sometimes much better than more! Grazie per la partecipazione a One Photo Focus! 😀 (Hope Google translate got that right!)
wow Stacy ! Thank you very much for your words ! I’m very happy that you like this kind of process… And this time Google translate worked right ! Ciao ciao. Max
Yay!
Max great job, it looks like an old newspaper cut out that has faded with time 🙂 Love the crop.
Thank you very much !
I agree with everyone else that the yellow wash with the black and white really created an old time look at the photo and nicely highlighted all the buildings in it.

Thank you very much Nancy. Ciao ciao
Very nice b&w, with a touch of vintage. Bellissimo!
